Activities
These activities have been set up to operate in Open Rails Version 1.1, unless otherwise indicated. Where a later version is required, you may need to set the update options to weekly build to automatically download a more recent version.
Please refer to the Open Rails manual for more specific information on how to drive trains in Open Rails.
To ensure best performance of these activities, it is recommended that the following minimum settings are selected in the Open Rails "Option" menu. General:
- Graduated release air brakes
- English Language
- Automatic Pressure Units
- Imperial UK Other Units
- Break couplers
- Curve dependent resistance
- Curve dependent speed limit
- Tunnel dependent resistance
- Steam locomotive hot start
- Forced red at station stops
- Extended AI train shunting
